About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will specialize in lead generation for our Sales Team. You are expected to have experience in the fundamentals of the sales process and we look to promote our employees into full closing roles as Account Executives, typically in under a year. We are looking for driven, energetic, and most of all motivated people who want to jump-start their sales career by building the foundation of what it takes to be a top sales performer.

Sales Specialists are tireless individuals who focus on creative ways to reach Sedbox's potential clients all over the country to pique their interest in our services.

Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, and the drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets. Working closely with our Management team and technology will give you the opportunity to develop your career in sales.  Self-motivated individuals looking to build a solid foundation in sales are an ideal fit for this position.



  • Knowledge of technology (Software applications/ SaaS/ Embedded Systems / IoT / Artificial intelligence / Cybersecurity products and solutions)

  • A proven track record in lead generation or technical sales development(or similar customer-facing role)

  • Capable of Unix or Windows and familiar with administrative practices

  • Fundamental understanding of internal processes and business operations for successful sales, marketing channel strategies

  • You’re an excellent communicator, an outstanding storyteller, and you love the craft of documentation. Your communication skills shine across platforms, whether proposals, articles, emails, presentations, webinars, or in person.

  • We can teach you the technology, guide you on soft skills and educate you on processes. You should have a strong sense of self-motivation, and curiosity as well as a good grasp of how to convey "the art of the possible" with technology.

  • Resilience, perseverance, and an ability to overcome objections

  • A strong interest in building a career in sales

  • Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives

  • Go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with a competitive drive

  • Ability to complete tasks independently

Nice to have

  • Knows how to code!

  • Knowledge of software API

  • Knowledge of Google cloud or AWS or Microsoft Azure 

  • Experience in, or knowledge of IT operations, security & compliance, or DevOps
